By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that participation in athletic events, including the Recruit Select JUCO Jamboree Series and any other events operated by Prep Select Sports LLC, involves inherent risks of injury and that I voluntarily assume full responsibility for myself, my team, and/or my child(ren). I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that each participant is physically fit, properly insured, and prepared to participate in these events.
Waiver & Release
I understand that any team and/or participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations, and policies established by Prep Select Sports LLC is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse.
I understand that each participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. Prep Select Sports LLC has my permission to use their best judgment in any emergency that may require medical attention.
I hereby waive and release Prep Select Sports LLC, its staff members, and affiliates from any liability for any injuries, trauma, suffering, permanent bodily injury, or death incurred during the event or while traveling to or from the event.
I also understand that Prep Select Sports LLC retains the rights to use, for publicity and advertisement purposes, photographs and/or video recordings of event participants.
